4 simple steps on the way to mutually beneficial cooperation

Preparation
Before disassembling the engine, we get acquainted with the design in detail. We are preparing a place for the placement of aggregates and removable parts.

We deliver tools and accessories to the place of work. We prepare lifting equipment.

Defecation
The process of disassembling the engine is accompanied by defecation of individual components and parts.

Defects are detected by external inspection, physical and ultrasonic inspection methods.

When disassembling the engine, safety regulations are strictly observed.

Repair scheme
After the engine defect, a list of necessary parts to be repaired or replaced, a list of works, the complexity and timing of repairs is compiled.

Repair work
We repair the following components and assemblies:
  • cylinder bushings, cylinder covers of the piston group;
  • crankshafts, connecting rods and connecting rod bearings;
  • adjustment of fuel equipment and fuel pumps;
  • adjustment and testing of fuel injectors of the gas distribution mechanism.

Trials
After repair, the engine is run-in, mooring and sea trials are carried out according to a special methodology and program, agreed technical specifications for the engine.

The scope and duration of the tests depend on the type and nature of the repair carried out.

Documentation
We provide the customer with defect certificates, engine assembly cards, test certificates and other documentation.

We hand over the work. We sign the acts of completed works.
